We are active members of the key industry bodies and forums governing the Recruitment Industry. Our goal is to deliver the best quality service to all our clients and candidates by maintaining and constantly improving our practices and industry knowledge.

REC Membership

Assured is a member the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (R.E.C). It represents more than 6,000 recruitment businesses and over 7,000 individuals in the UK. All our processes adhere to R.E.C recognised best practice and we receive regular industry updates.

ISO accreditation

Assured has been certified to ISO9001 since October 1996. Assured employs a permanent quality assurance team which conducts regular internal audits to ensure that all aspects of service delivery are of the highest standard.

The Quality Assurance team conducts regular internal audits to identify ways to improve our quality systems and to allow us to prevent deficiencies arising.
