Progressing within your career and taking the right opportunities is not just a case of matching your CV with a job description. Our Recruitment Consultants help people to find jobs and map out their career paths, they are a very good, reliable source of information which can then be used to make everyday or potentially life changing decisions.

Many people have problems in demonstrating the key aspects of their experience and career so far within their CV. An Assured Recruitment Consultant will be able to assist you with creating a successful CV.

You can put forward your details through the Current Vacancies section if you find a vacancy that you are interested in. Your Recruitment Consultant will then discuss the opportunities available and will provide you with more details about the different organisations and their cultures.

If your Recruitment Consultant believes that they can successfully match you with a particular vacancy then we will invite you to our offices for a more formal interview in order to gain more information about yourself, your career history and your aspirations.

If you are successful at the formal interview stage then you will be put forward to the client by your Recruitment Consultant, if you are chosen we will be on hand to prep you and provide you with all the information that you may need.

Once you have had the interview with the client you will then need to give feedback to your Recruitment Consultant as soon as possible, they will also follow up the initial interviews and contact you with any news with regards to your progress. If you are still interested in the appropriate position and have a positive outlook this will then be fed back to the client along with any issues that you may need to be clarified.

Please be aware that many clients will call us within an hour of finishing your interview and may be disappointed if your Recruitment Consultant has not yet received your feedback.

Another way of working with your Recruitment Consultant is to provide them with a list of companies that would be ideal for you. Even if there are no vacancies available we will then look to marketing you into these companies for suitable roles.

Our Recruitment Consultants will spend a lot of time liaising with clients in order to gain an up to date employer’s perspective, but above all their main aim is to help you secure the right job.
