E-Commerce Analyst
Up to £25,000 + benefits, depending on experience
Based in Liverpool
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an E-Commerce Analyst to join our busy Internet Department based at our Head Office in Liverpool.
As the E-Commerce Analyst, you will build and maintain metrics and analysis tools in order to report drive improvements for customers, commercially and operationally.
Key accountabilities include:
Gather and analyse information and make recommendations to further improve the customer on-line experience and the commercial performance of the E-Commerce operation
Utilisation of internal data sources and web analytics tools (especially Googleanalytics) to improve the customers transactional experience and to increase the Companys web presence
Support the Internet team as and when required to ensure that the department strategy is executed
The ideal candidate will be flexible with excellent analytical skills, and outstanding knowledge and experience of database management and web analytics tools.
You will be working in a fast paced, dynamic environment so should be used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines. Attention to detail is essential along with strong communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently both internally and externally. You will have experience in working in a cross functional environment in order to achieve your departmental KPIs.
Proficiency in using a PC is essential (with significant experience in Excel) along with knowledge and experience of working with SQL packages and Googleanalytics; however, full training will be given on our in-house systems.
2 years experience of working as an E-Commerce analyst is essential and having gained this working in a retail/E-Commerce environment would be an advantage.
