Online Business Analyst £25k - £35k We’re looking for an e-business professional that will relish this opportunity to take ownership of some of our sites and brands, and to directly influence their direction, development and performance. Working in a successful e-commerce department, you’ll play an active role in ensuring the continued improvement of our e-business systems in terms of profitability, customer recruitment, retention and service. Ideal candidates will have experience of deploying online best practice, web analytics and customer research to identify development changes in order to increase revenue, save costs or improve service. You’ll be responsible for identifying and ascertaining business needs too. And you’ll also be able to investigate and advise on large scale changes, R&D opportunities, and make improvements without affecting the current e-business performance. You’ll also need to demonstrate: • An excellent understanding of web usability • Experience of competitor analysis and customer testing • A creative approach to problem solving • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Good project management skills and experience in ascertis • A flexible approach to working hours and the ability to work as part of a team or individually
