Marketing Manager £30k - £35k Competitive salary plus excellent benefits My client is looking for a commercially minded and analytical Marketing Manager to ensure we achieve the highest levels of ROI on our marketing activity. You’ll be responsible for teams managing our customer selection, as well as our mailing and fulfillment activity. Ideal candidates will have: • A full understanding of marketing principles and practice within a multi-brand business • Strong financial focus and experience to manage a budget of c£40m • An indepth knowledge of Royal Mail working practices and postal streams • The ability to build effective relationships with external suppliers and internal customers • A commitment to process improvement and efficiency • Excellent project management skills to support the business’s 3 Year Plan • Great communication and people skills to manage and lead a strong team
